Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania provides several public access routes, but each answers a different question. Susquehanna County Clerk of Courts maintains filed criminal cases, borough police and PSP hold their own reports, and current county detainees may be housed outside the county. The Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository runs PATCH, the Department of Corrections maintains the state locator, and PSP also operates the Pennsylvania Megan's Law Public Website. We bring those official channels, request steps, fees, and local contacts into one reference point.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Pennsylvania court, sheriff, police department, or government agency. Those boundaries mean we cannot:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file expungement petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
An official copy must come from its issuing office, such as Clerk of Courts, an arresting police department, a receiving jail, or the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository. We provide directions to those custodians but cannot issue their documents.
